scratchbuild models

Some of the models shown here are older Tamiya and Italeri kits, before the release of better kits from manufacturers such as Dragon and Trumpeter. Some are nearly complete scratch builds and others are more detail corrections and super detailing. Most of these models were built between 1999 and 2003.

This LWS was a complete scratch build with the suspension from a Italeri Pz IV lit. Lots of self made rivets on this model.








The Bruckenleger Is also a scratchbuilt item using the Tamiya Pz IV Ausf D. Another model with tons of rivets.







The interior on this little guy is all scratch.....



as are the added details on the exterior.


 

This old Tamiya 251 also got some scratch stuff added to the interior.




A conversion using Italeri's old hetzer and a scratch built interior including the motor and compartment.






I will try to post pics of these models in there finished state, with paint.
